Coupling her love for Pilates and Vinyasa Yoga, Stephanie teaches a mindful, strengthening, toning, and energizing yogalates practice. She holds a 200hr alignment-based vinyasa yoga teacher training certification through the highly acclaimed YogaWorks studios, as well as 500+ hours of in-studio mat Pilates training. Stephanie is registered with the Yoga Alliance, and holds a CPR/AED certification through the American Red Cross Association.
Each time she steps on the mat, it is with purpose, intention, and strength. Having experienced first-hand the transformative effect of yoga and PIlates on the body, mind and spirit, Stephanie aims to introduce that same energy to her students. With a love for music and rhythm, she oftentimes sets her classes or sessions to sassy playlists du jour. Stephanie teaches in a light-hearted, real, and humorous nature, juxtaposed with spiritual connectivity and anatomical justification for each movement.
